Dishong Antiques is an Ohio antique shop that is located in a log house that is well over 100 years old. It sits beside an enormous oak and cottonwood tree just off Interstate 75 on the Western side of Ohio one mile South of Anna, Ohio at 12699 South County 25-A. If you are coming from the North on I-75, use exit 99 onto State Highway 119 and go West into Anna. At the stop light turn South (or Left) onto Pike Street. This becomes 25-A when you leave Anna. About one more mile on the West (or your right) you will be able to see the enormous tree and the old log house. Coming from the South go to exit 94 and head North on County Road 25-A about 5 miles and at the stop light you will see the log house ahead on your Left.
This Ohio antique shop is an eclectic mix of old-store furnishings, beautiful woodantique furniture, Ohio collected Fiesta Ware, oil lamps, iron items, books,antique glassware, clothing, and much more. There are drop leaf tables, ladder back chairs, chest of drawers, spittoons, copper kettles, wooden paddles for stirring apple butter, handmade wooden pitch fork, etchings and pictures, old books, school books, Mc Guffey readers, Electic Readers, novels, children wooden highchairs, pump organ, kitchen cabinets, old handmade rug loom, and more.

In the above picture you can see the many lamp chimneys and burners that are available for sale. The lamp in the middle is a double hanging oil lamp holder of which there are two just alike hang on either side over a nine foot long display cabinet that has two glass display cases sitting on top. These cases contain costume jewelry, pocket knives, handkerchiefs, pens, high button shoes, shoe buttons and many other smaller items.
The picture to the right contains wooden cigar boxes, Ball wire bail canning jars in pint, quart and larger sizes.
This beautiful old dresser to the left has hand carved drawer pulls, a beautiful finish and the holders for placing your candle or oil lamp on for light.
This basket with a lid is a cat basket. It wouldn't hold a very large cat.
